Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Senior Engineer (Senior Manager) in London to lead the design and implementation of Azure AI and Generative AI solutions, and to develop enterprise-grade AI using Azure Foundry and OpenAI services. You will shape data and AI strategies across industries and mentor engineers on state-of-the-art AI capabilities.

You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders, manage large-scale programs, drive responsible AI practices, and deliver production-ready AI solutions

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, RAG, LLMs, vector databases/search and AI agents.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Azure AI and Generative AI solutions.
Develop enterprise solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning and Azure services.
Design and implement RAG, vector search, AI agents and LLM‑based applications.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data, applications and APIs.
Establish AI engineering, security, governance, monitoring and responsible AI practices.
Lead technical teams and mentor AI engineers and developers.
Work with senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
