Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking an experienced engineer to design, build and run agentic AI applications on Azure for regulated sectors. You will take an AI solution from design through live production with audit trails and governance, delivering production-grade APIs in Python and C#/.NET.

You will collaborate with architects and clients, mentor peers, and implement guardrails, tool-calling and multi-agent orchestration in scalable Azure services.

Qualifications

• Production experience building LLM-based apps on Azure that went live.
• Strong Python and/or C#/.NET development with API backends.
• Depth in retrieval-augmented generation and grounding evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead agentic AI solutions across full lifecycle.
• Explain AI trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure governance in regulated environments.
