ASOS is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Platform team. You will help build and scale the shared foundations that enable enterprise-scale AI capabilities across ASOS, focusing on agentic AI on Azure and production-ready platforms.

This hands-on role designs and implements shared capabilities, standards and templates for LLM workflows, while establishing secure, observable, and reliable AI patterns.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on with LLMs, Generative AI and agent-based systems in production.
• Experience building reusable AI capabilities and platforms for other teams.
• Strong Python skills with API and service-oriented design.
• Experience with CI/CD and observability tooling.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud and AI services, APIM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement shared AI platform capabilities on Azure for agentic AI.
• Define agent runtimes, orchestration and tool integration patterns.
• Develop standard templates and reference implementations for LLM workflows.
• Establish production AI patterns including MLOps, model access, routing and caching.
• Ensure secure, observable, reliable AI systems across ASOS.
• Collaborate with Product, Cloud Infra, and Security teams to scale AI platforms.
• Contribute to AgentOps, GenAIOps, telemetry and feedback loops.
• Embed best practices for testing, change control and release readiness.
