Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI and Data Technical Architect to lead enterprise-grade data and AI architectures centered on D360 and Agentforce. You will guide Chief Data Officers and Enterprise Architects, working with AEs and Product teams to design scalable, secure solutions integrating D360 into complex ecosystems.

Responsibilities include pre-sales design, interoperability with hyperscalers, prompt engineering, and hands-on prototypes. Strong analytics and communications skills required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing data, analytics & AI architectures in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
• Proven experience in prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and prototype development.
• AI/ML concepts with ability to communicate value to diverse audiences.
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms and ingestion patterns (batch/streaming).
• Hands-on development with programming languages and data frameworks.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder guidance abilities.
• Curiosity and commitment to exploring new AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical design by analyzing customer needs and recommending agentforce-based solutions.
• Shape best practices around generative AI, agent interoperability, and data governance.
• Collaborate on prototypes and demos with cross-functional teams.
• Create thought leadership content: templates, whitepapers, enablement sessions.
• Serve as a central technical knowledge resource and document best practices.
• Guide customers toward scalable, compliant AI architectures within D360.
