Qualifications

• Experience implementing CDP/AI projects within a Customer Success or consulting context.
• Ability to guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations with clear technical direction.
• Understanding of data modelling, integration, and data governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI and data industry trends.
• Self-starting and able to work remotely with customers.
• Commitment to data ethics and privacy regulations.
• Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Agentforce/Data Cloud within the Success Architect org.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design aligned to Agentforce/Data Cloud.
• Identify capability gaps and design custom architect solutions.
• Engage executives aligning technology strategy with business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog tailored to customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support broader goals.
• Mentor and share knowledge across the team.
