Plentific is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to help every team do more, do better, and do faster with AI. The role focuses on automating repetitive work, raising output quality, and shortening cycle times.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, customer support, finance, legal, HR, and product management to shape AI strategy and adoption across the business in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Shipping production AI/automation solutions adopted by non-technical users.
• Hands-on fluency in low-code automation platforms and LLM APIs.
• Proficient Python and TypeScript, building REST/webhook integrations and API testing.
• Knowledge of SaaS tools and data governance in modern tech businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise opportunities with business teams for AI and automation.
• Design and deliver AI/automation solutions with robust logging and guardrails.
• Drive adoption through training, enablement, and internal workshops.
• Establish standards, measure outcomes, and manage data security and risk.
