Job summary

BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with agentic AI and rapid internal tooling. As an Applied AI Engineer, you will own end-to-end deployments, building AI-powered systems that speed up hiring, finance, and ops workflows within the company.

You will work with LLMs, agent frameworks, and emerging AI tooling to deliver scalable internal solutions across the organization, collaborating with non-technical teams and shipping quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Shipped AI tooling or internal tools, especially for automation or workflows.
• Comfort collaborating with non-technical teams to translate needs into automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered internal tools quickly: days to weeks.
• Evaluate and integrate latest AI models, APIs, and frameworks into production.
• Document and share tools to free up hours company-wide.
• Write clean, maintainable code that integrates with APIs, databases and services.
• Own deployments end-to-end: test, ship, monitor, and scale.
