Job summary

AURELIUS is hiring for an AI & Automation role focused on identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation across functions. You will design, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions while leading partnerships with startups, consultancies, and tech vendors to deliver measurable value.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with C‑level leaders, develop business cases with tangible ROI, and contribute to internal innovation projects driving efficiency and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in consulting, technology, process automation, or high‑growth startup environments.
• Confident working with C‑suite stakeholders and translating complexity into impact.
• Proven record leading data‑driven or automation projects from idea to implementation.
• Practical experience with automation tools (like Make, Zapier, n8n, UiPath, Power Automate).
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering (structured prompts, tool integration, RAG basics).
• Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable with Python basics, APIs, and prototype automation builds.
• Fluent in English; German a strong plus
