Job summary

Plentific is seeking a Senior Product Manager in London to own a core product surface, spanning diagnostics, intake, scheduling, and communications across channels including AI-powered experiences. You will work with design, engineering, data, operations, and AI specialists to create simple, reliable product experiences and define quality gates for AI features.

Qualifications

• PM in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or regulated/operational domain.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features from prototype to production.
• Strong knowledge of multimodal models, LLMs, and AI observability.
• Hands-on with agentic prototyping and AI-assisted product development.
• Familiarity with low-code automation to prototype workflows without ownership of production builds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, discovery, and delivery across diagnostics, scheduling, communications, and self-service surfaces.
• Lead discovery with users, providers, operations, and internal teams.
• Translate problems into sequenced bets with measurable outcomes.
