Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Lead AI Solution Architect (Customer) to own end-to-end data and AI solution delivery, spanning machine learning products, generative AI, and agentic AI. You will define target architecture, provide technical leadership, and drive live service and continuous improvement across customer engagements.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, make critical technology choices, manage risks, and ensure security, scalability, and business value alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications

• GenAI experience delivering GenAI and LLM-based solutions into production environments.
• Customer domain expertise in applying AI to growth, marketing, commerce, sales or service challenges.
• Modern AI architecture expertise covering ML, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise deployment patterns.
• Engineering and cloud foundations with experience delivering scalable, production-grade solutions.
• Enterprise data expertise including data modelling, ingestion pipelines, governance and data quality.
• Technical leadership with accountability for architectural decisions and delivery outcomes.
• Consulting and stakeholder management skills bridging architecture and commercial conversations.
• Experience designing AI solutions that are trustworthy, secure and compliant with governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI, generative AI and advanced analytics solutions across the customer lifecycle (marketing, commerce, product, sales, service).
• Define technical architecture for customer-focused AI solutions ensuring scalability, security and resilience.
• Lead design of AI platforms and applications, integrating ML, generative AI and agentic AI with CRM, CDP, CMS, DAM and cloud data platforms.
• Make key architectural decisions on technology selection, integration patterns and security.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists and AI specialists through concept to production deployment.
• Ensure responsible AI, privacy and regulatory requirements with governance controls.
• Establish technical standards and coach engineers, data scientists and architects.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support business development with solution approaches, proposals, estimates and technical roadmaps.
