Job summary

Howards Group in Taunton is seeking a Senior Aftersales Customer Relationship Manager to own the customer journey and build long-term relationships. You will work with our Aftersales teams to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires automotive industry experience and at least one year in Aftersales, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a base salary of £26,523 plus uncapped potential through an OTE of £35,000.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• At least 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of IT and use of software packages.
• Automotive industry experience, with one year in an Aftersales role.

Responsibilities

• Be the key touch point for all customer interactions in the Aftersales channel.
• Act as the link between Sales and Aftersales, ensuring a high level of expertise.
• Maximize workshop hour sales and promote Aftersales products and services.
• Support the Aftersales Manager and coach other staff, assisting in leading the department.
