Job summary

The Howards Group is seeking a Sales Customer Relationship Manager in Weston‑super‑Mare. This full‑time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets and driving results in a dynamic sales environment.

You will be part of a supportive team with an uncapped OTE (£44,500) and a competitive base salary (£26,523). Weekend work and a valid driving licence are required. Training, progression, pension, life assurance and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and delivering high levels of customer service.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.

Your Role as a Sales Customer Relationship Manager:

• Achieve sales targets by selling vehicles and associated products/add-ons.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service.
• Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate.
• Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to ensure that customers receive the best service.
• Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects.
• Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.

What Are We Looking For?

• A full driving licence. Manual and Auto.
• Honesty, with high levels of integrity.
• Ability to work weekends on a regular basis.
