Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an AFLS Technical Architect (Product SME) who brings deep AFLS4CE product expertise to assess and remediate configuration gaps in customer engagements.

You will lead technical assessments, identify gaps, and drive hands-on stabilization to align solutions with out-of-the-box capabilities. The role requires 10+ years of Salesforce experience, strong root-cause analysis, and a Salesforce Administrator certification; CTA is preferred.

Qualificações

• 10+ years architecting or implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions with hands-on config and code review.
• Deep AFLS4CE or Life Sciences/Health Cloud product expertise.
• Strong root-cause analysis and stabilization of at-risk technical implementations.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical assessment of current AFLS4CE config against intended use cases.
• Identify gaps between design and OOTB capabilities.
• Advise on scope compression to align solutions with OOTB capabilities.
• Surface product-specific blockers and provide technical status updates during triage meetings.
• Perform hands-on stabilization and reconfiguration of AFLS4CE components.
