Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an AFLS Technical Architect (Product SME) to lead architectural assessment and remediation for AFLS4CE in Customer Engagement. You will map current configurations to use cases, identify blockers, and drive hands-on fixes with the SI partner and delivery teams.

The role requires deep Salesforce experience, CTO-level architectural thinking, and the ability to guide implementation patterns while ensuring go-live readiness and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise Salesforce architecture or implementation experience.
• Deep AFLS4CE product expertise or equivalent Life Sciences/Health Cloud.
• Strong root-cause analysis and remediation skills.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessment of current AFLS4CE configuration against intended use cases.
• Perform hands-on stabilization and reconfiguration of AFLS4CE components.
• Validate go-live criteria and document resolutions for handoff to BAU teams.
• Support partner enablement and contribution to the AFLS product feedback register.
