Job summary

Salesforce in London seeks an experienced AFLS Technical Architect (Product SME) for Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement. You will lead architectural assessments, remediation of configuration gaps, and ensure go-live readiness with AFLS standards.

Requirements include 10+ years of enterprise Salesforce experience, AFLS4CE expertise, strong root-cause analysis, and Salesforce Administrator certification. CTA preferred. This is a full-time hybrid role with UK-based work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years architecting or implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions, including hands-on configuration and code review.
• Deep product expertise in AFLS4CE or equivalent Life Sciences/Health Cloud product suite.
• Strong root-cause analysis skills and experience stabilizing at-risk technical implementations.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessment of current product configuration against intended use cases and identify gaps.
• Perform hands-on technical stabilization and reconfiguration of AFLS4CE components and document findings.
• Validate go-live acceptance criteria and provide documentation for handoff to BAU teams.
