Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an AFLS Technical Architect (Product SME) to lead the technical assessment and remediation of AFLS4CE configurations within Customer Engagement. You will identify gaps, validate go-live criteria, and drive hands-on stabilization and documentation for delivery teams.

You will collaborate with Product Engagement leads, coach SI partners on OOTB patterns, and surface blockers with actionable remediation plans aligned to AFLS4CE best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years architecting or implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on configuration and code review experience.
• Deep product expertise in AFLS4CE for Customer Engagement or equivalent Life Sciences/Health Cloud.
• Strong root-cause analysis skills.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect credential.
• Experience coaching SI partners on OOTB implementation patterns.
• Familiarity with agentic/AI capability validation within CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessment of current AFLS4CE configuration against intended use cases; identify gaps.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of product configuration failures and document findings.
• Perform hands-on stabilization and reconfiguration of AFLS4CE components.
• Validate go-live acceptance criteria against product standards and document resolutions.
• Support the Product Engagement Lead in maintaining implementation blueprints and guides.
• Provide guidance and code reviews for AFLS4CE customizations; promote correct implementation patterns.
