Salesforce is seeking an AFLS Technical Architect (Product SME) to lead technical assessments and remediation for Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement. You will drive architectural guardrails, surface blockers, and guide hands-on reconfiguration to ensure a successful deployment.

The role demands deep AFLS4CE product knowledge, strong root-cause analysis, and experience in coaching SI partners on OOTB patterns. A CTA or Application Architect credential is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must demonstrate 10+ years architecting or implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions with hands-on config and code review.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical assessment of current product configuration against use cases and OOTB capabilities.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and establish architectural guardrails.
• Remediate configuration gaps and blockers with hands-on stabilization.
• Document resolutions and align go-live with AFLS product standards.
• Support triage, blueprint maintenance, and knowledge sharing.
