A vacancy has arisen for a part-time administrator/PA to join our highly motivated medical education team, supporting the medical education service.
The successful applicant will provide administrative support primarily to the Senior Administrator in Medical Education, and occasionally to the Director of Medical Education, Deputy Director, and Head of Service. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, liaising with stakeholders such as NES, Faculty Development Alliance, Recognition of Trainers, and higher education institutes. The role involves using and developing databases for undergraduate and postgraduate services, utilizing all Microsoft Office packages and working with the Turas Platform.
Essential qualities include the ability to function effectively as a team member and to work with a wide range of healthcare professionals.
The role requires the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
