An established industry player is seeking a dedicated administrative support professional to join their team at Hurlford Primary School. Deliver and supervise effective administrative support to all employees within the school/ECC, and assist in providing an efficient front-line service to service users. This role aims to promote, deliver, and integrate the Council's key objectives, particularly concerning the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
The duties involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will need to become a PVG Scheme member for Regulated Work with these groups, or if already a member, undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update before a formal employment offer is made. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

This is a permanent, full-time, term-time position based at Hurlford Primary School, Hurlford. The work hours are 35 hours per week, scheduled by the line manager. The full-time annual salary ranges from £25,953 - £27,173. The actual salary during term time is between £22,260 - £23,305.
