Job summary

The Royal College in Central London is seeking a Senior Administrator on a 3-month temporary assignment. The role sits within the Institute of Excellence and provides administrative support to senior leaders, projects, programmes, meetings and events.

  • Coordinate diaries, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and expense claims for senior stakeholders.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, distribute papers and take accurate minutes.
  • Support recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and preparation of documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and project documentation.
  • Assist with budget monitoring, purchase orders, invoices and financial administration.
  • Produce reports, correspondence, presentations and other documentation.
  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple teams to ensure activities are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Provide support and guidance on internal systems and administrative processes where required.

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a prestigious Royal College based in Central London on a 3-month temporary assignment.

This role sits within the Institute of Excellence and will provide administrative support to a range of senior leaders, projects, programmes, meetings, and events. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping teams deliver important work across workforce, leadership, education, practice, and international programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across a range of projects, programmes, meetings, and events.
