Working with high-quality, warm leads, you’ll handle the full sales cycle from initial conversation to completion and collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to progress applications.

• Excellent negotiation, objection-handling and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and convert warm inbound leads into completed business finance deals.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand clients' requirements and identify suitable finance solutions.
• Take ownership of the full sales process from enquiry to closing.
• Negotiate terms, handle objections and progress opportunities to completion.
• Manage a healthy pipeline, follow up leads and maximise opportunities.
• Work with underwriting and internal teams to progress applications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pursue personal sales targets.
• Contribute to a high-performing sales environment and share knowledge.
