Responsibilities

• Manage and convert warm inbound leads into completed business finance deals.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify suitable finance solutions based on client requirements.
• Own the full sales process from initial enquiry to closing.
• Negotiate terms, handle objections and progress opportunities to completion.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to progress applications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to a high-performing, target-driven sales environment.
