Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a growing facilities management operation in London. You will manage key client relationships, oversee maintenance contracts and ensure smooth service delivery across student accommodation projects.

You will lead weekly client meetings, coordinate with subcontractors, obtain competitive quotations, and drive revenue growth across a substantial client portfolio valued at around £1m per account.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in student accommodation or facilities management.
• Strong account management and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing maintenance contracts.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and obtain competitive quotations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop key client relationships.

• Coordinate quotations and Schedule of Rates work.
