Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited seeks an Account Manager for a high-value facilities contract in London (Kings Cross / Euston). You will oversee contractual and technical operations across a 45-50 staff site with a £6–7 million portfolio.

You will lead budgets, P&L, KPI/SLA delivery, H&S and environmental performance, and develop staff while nurturing client relationships and seeking opportunities to grow contract revenue.

Qualifications

• Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering with C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
• Proven background in budgets and P&L.
• Strong technical engineering understanding.
• Experience managing large engineering teams.
• Experience delivering services in higher education sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff and clients.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all budgets, P&L and technical issues.
• Manage KPIs and SLA delivery.
• Oversee H&S and environmental performance on site.
• Recruitment of new staff for sites as needed.
• Develop staff through annual appraisals and training.
• Manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Prepare and review reports.
• Identify opportunities to grow contract sales revenue.
