Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a prestigious London portfolio across multiple sites. You will drive contract performance, financial stewardship and high standards of service delivery, building strong client relationships with senior stakeholders.

In this role you will manage Hard FM, M&E and building services, lead contract reviews, budgeting and forecasting, and ensure KPIs, SLAs and health & safety compliance are met.

Qualifications

• Experience as Account Manager or Senior Contract Manager in FM.
• Strong background in Hard FM, M&E and building services.
• Demonstrable experience managing large contracts, budgets and P&L.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and management teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for contract performance, financial management, operational delivery and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of Hard FM and M&E maintenance services across a multi‑site commercial portfolio.
• Manage Contract Managers, Technical Managers, engineering teams and specialist subcontractors.
• Take full responsibility for contract P&L, financial performance, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs, statutory compliance and health & safety standards are consistently achieved.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for additional works, contract growth and service improvements.
• Lead contract reviews, performance meetings and strategic operational planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Senior Contract Manager or similar within Facilities Management.
• Strong background in Hard FM, M&E and commercial building services.
• Demonstrable experience managing large contracts, budgets and P&L.
• Previous experience overseeing multiple sites and management teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness, leadership and client relationship skills
