Qualifications

• Track record of account management within cybersecurity, networking, or IT managed services.
• Experience growing and retaining relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Ability to operate in a technically complex environment with specialist teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise client accounts.
• Identifying opportunities to expand share of wallet across managed services, professional services, and security/network solutions.
• Acting as a senior, trusted point of contact for key client relationships.
• Collaborating with technical and delivery teams (SOC, NOC, and professional services) to ensure accounts are well-served.
• Supporting renewals and commercial negotiations across the account base.
