Role Overview: Cognizant Moment is the Retailer Marketing Agency for BMW Group, supporting brands like BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and BMW Motorrad with marketing campaigns, guidance, and tools for their retailer/dealer networks. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to support the Retailer Marketing Service team, focusing on local marketing and engagement across the UK and Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key clients and support the team’s daily operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and troubleshooting marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, client service, delivery, platforms, and programs.
  • Plan and lead client presentations and meetings.
  • Monitor retailer engagement and report regularly to stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign and project delivery.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to pitches and proposals.
  • Produce case studies, research documents, and collateral.

Leadership & Management:

  • Ensure team members have clear objectives, regular appraisals, and career development plans.
  • Deputise for the Account Director when needed.
  • Manage team capacity and support team members in their roles.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing agencies, especially social media strategy.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing budgets and schedules.
  • Proven client management experience with a focus on value addition and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing projects over £50k from start to finish.
  • Line management experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of social media, SEO, and digital marketing is a plus.
