The Role: Join Our Growth Journey

We are seeking a passionate and driven Channel Manager to develop and manage our partner relationships within key ERP channels. This role is crucial for generating leads and sourcing demo opportunities to drive our growth.

As a Channel Manager, you will build and nurture relationships with VARs and other partners within the ERP ecosystem. You will represent our company at events, host webinars, and explore innovative engagement strategies. Experience with IFS is preferred, with the ability to operate within other ERP ecosystems such as Acumatica, SYSPRO, Epicor, and NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book Demos: Generate qualified leads through our partners and manage demo scheduling to convert leads into customers.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, check-ins, and proactive support.
  • Relationship Building: Develop deep connections with VARs in our ERP ecosystems, helping them understand our value and creating new demo opportunities.
  • Event and Conference Engagement: Represent our brand at industry events, host webinars, and find unique ways to connect with partners.
  • Communication: Keep our ecosystem informed and aligned through regular updates, facilitating seamless collaboration.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience working with or within the relevant ERP ecosystem (preferably IFS), with a proven success record.
  • You are a people person with extensive networks and a passion for building relationships.
  • You are proactive, driven, and innovative, thriving in fast-paced environments and challenges.
  • You embody a cultural fit, embracing hard work and a startup spirit.
