We’re seeking a public relations professional with 3-5 years of experience in an agency or public affairs environment, who has already managed clients and campaigns and is now ready to take on greater strategic responsibility. You’ll be hands-on in leading accounts, mentoring junior team members, and developing content and media relations that shape conversations in international and national media.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day lead for client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all communications activities.
Develop and execute PR strategies that align with clients’ public policy and reputational goals.
Craft compelling content, including press releases, op-eds, statements, and media briefings.
Pitch stories to high-level media outlets and maintain strong journalist relationships.
Conduct research and media monitoring to inform messaging, campaigns, and strategic recommendations.
Support new business pitches and proposals.
Oversee junior colleagues and foster their professional development.

Who You Are

An experienced communications professional with 3-5 years in PR, strategic communications, or public affairs.
A confident client handler who can build strong relationships and offer strategic counsel.
Passionate about public policy, global affairs, and media trends.
A clear, persuasive writer and editor, comfortable working across formats and tones.
Skilled in developing media strategy and securing impactful media coverage.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
