We produce standout campaigns across experiential, content, PR stunts and social—working closely with studios, streamers and entertainment platforms in the UK, Europe and Los Angeles. THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Producer with strong client management experience—someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creatively led environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll lead the production of major campaigns and experiences, while building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and guiding projects from concept to completion.

From initial brief through to delivery, you’ll play a key role in driving forward ideas, aligning internal and external teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and at the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the production and delivery of experiential campaigns, PR stunts, content shoots and activations
• Manage all aspects of client communication and relationship-building with confidence and clarity
• Translate client needs into creative briefs and production plans
• Collaborate with internal creative, strategy and design teams to deliver bold, exciting work
• Build and manage timelines, budgets, supplier lists, shoot plans and production schedules
• Oversee on-site execution and ensure every detail is delivered to a high standard
• Handle budget tracking, invoicing and profitability across your projects
• Support new business pitches and help identify growth opportunities within accounts

ABOUT YOU

You’re experienced, unflappable, and excited by the idea of helping grow an ambitious creative agency in the film space. You bring energy, organisation and insight to every project, and you know how to balance creative ambition with sharp delivery.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in a creative or integrated agency, ideally with entertainment or experiential clients
• Strong background in client management, with a track record of trusted relationships and repeat business
• Experience producing live activations, stunts, and/or branded content
• Confidence running shoots, managing teams and solving problems under pressure
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Experience building and managing budgets and trackers in Excel or similar tools
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to be part of something that’s growing fast
