Packed with news, features, opinion and analysis, Property Week keeps readers fully briefed on all the latest information from the industry, including major property deals, development opportunities and investment prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling cross-platform and bespoke solutions to agents, developers, and suppliers in the commercial property industry. This role involves new business development and account management.
  • Maintain and grow your territory, increasing new business and revenues from key accounts.
  • Selling advertising, digital, and event sponsorships to meet targets.
  • Research competition for new leads.
  • Acquire new customers to generate revenue and increase market share.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts, building strong relationships through high levels of customer service.
  • Manage delivery of performance reports for digital campaigns in collaboration with ad ops and email teams.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven success in a consultative new business approach.
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with key decision makers.
  • Degree level education or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Previous experience with structured sales training methods.
