Owen Daniels Consultancy is partnering with a leading precision engineering company specializing in aerospace solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead a team and drive key account performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a track record in managing high-value client relationships, achieving commercial results, and leading successful account teams.

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee the full customer lifecycle from quoting to aftersales.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and internal processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear objectives and providing coaching.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for strategic clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to enhance service and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive client retention through proactive issue resolution.

Commercial Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to develop tailored account strategies.
  • Report on account performance to inform decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide client insights to drive product and service improvements.

Senior Account Manager

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 7+ years in account management within manufacturing or engineering
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and high-value accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Aerospace or precision engineering background preferred
