Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in the UK seeks an experienced Third Line Analyst to support a secure, enterprise-scale customer environment in Derby and Hatfield.

You will handle complex incidents, perform problem management, and deliver changes across Windows infrastructure. Responsibilities include owning third-line support, designing solutions, and working on projects while maintaining documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently within a team.
• SC clearance or willingness to undertake.
• Experience in a third line role in a managed services environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across Windows infrastructure.
• Own complex incidents, problems and technical changes.
• Collaborate with customers, specialists and service teams to ensure secure, reliable infrastructure.
• Design, implement and support infrastructure solutions across Windows platforms.
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades and change activities.
• Manage workloads to meet SLAs and priorities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Review services for reliability and user experience improvements.
• Maintain documentation and share knowledge across the team.
