Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Senior 3rd Line Analyst in Nottingham to provide expert 3rd line support for enterprise Virtualisation and End User Computing environments.

You will act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents while driving service improvements and operational excellence. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and project teams to ensure resilient, secure and high-performing workplace services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale VDI/EUC and virtualization technologies.
• SC clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for enterprise Virtualisation and Workplace Technology services.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and problems.
• Lead root cause investigations and continual service improvement initiatives.
• Support service transition and project delivery activities.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and MSPs to deliver positive outcomes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in major incidents and on-call support.
