Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Third Line Analyst to join our Derby-based team. You will provide expert third-line support across Windows infrastructure, taking ownership of complex incidents and changes within a secure, enterprise-scale customer environment.

You will design and implement solutions across Windows platforms, support projects and upgrades, and collaborate with customers and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider support team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced third-line support across Windows infrastructure technologies.
• Own complex incidents, problems and technical changes.
• Design, implement and support infrastructure solutions across Windows platforms.
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades and change activities.
• Manage workloads to meet SLAs and priorities.
• Build relationships with customers, project teams and stakeholders.
• Review services and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge.
• Participate in on-call rota and support critical service restoration when required.
