A leading accredited MSP in Central London is looking for a Senior IT Engineer (3rd Line). In this hands-on role, you'll serve as a senior escalation point on the Service Desk, resolving high-priority incidents and providing technical guidance to 2nd line engineers. You should have 3+ years of experience in an MSP environment, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an MSP, ideally in a 3rd line or senior 2nd line escalation role.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and calm under pressure.
• Experience with ITSM/MSP tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve high priority (P1/P2) escalations.
• Troubleshoot across Microsoft cloud, servers, virtualisation and networking.
• Support and guide 2nd line engineers on complex issues.
