Moneyfacts Group plc, the UK’s leading retail financial data provider, seeks a 3rd Line Engineer to join its Norwich IT team. The role covers servers, desktops, networks and telephony, ensuring availability, security and value delivery. Office-based environment with full-time hours.

Candidates must have right to work in the UK. The successful candidate will maintain IT infrastructure, support customers, and implement improvements while aligning with security standards and service levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience providing user/desktop/server/infrastructure support.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of server virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Windows Server/Windows Desktop environments.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Networking knowledge including routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs and IP routing.
• Experience with cloud-based Office 365 email.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and adherence to security standards for IT infrastructure.
• Provide infrastructure services and maintain hardware and third-party software.
• Support internal and external customers and meet service levels.
• Enable innovation and leverage IT trends to create business value.
