Job summary

Intec Select in Maidstone seeks a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to keep systems running smoothly and deliver on key projects including network refresh and ERP implementation.

You will troubleshoot, support servers, Exchange 365, backups, and the wider network, ensuring colleagues have the tools they need. A 5% bonus is available.

Our client is seeking a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team and play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and delivering on a number of interesting projects, network refresh, ERP implementation, on – premise to cloud transformation and the integration of a new ticketing system.

Our client is looking to pay between £40,000 to £50,000 circa, to be based in Maidstone, Kent with additional benefits including a 5% bonus potential.

You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and supporting business-critical projects, ensuring our colleagues have the tools they need to succeed.

What you’ll do:

• Provide support across hardware, software, phones, mobiles, and specialist systems.

• Support servers (Windows 2012/2016), Exchange 365, backups (Veeam), and network infrastructure.
• Set up new sites, accounts, and mobile devices.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support or service function with experience in a 3rd Line Support position is a must have.
• ERP management capabilites (ideally COINS or Netsuite)
• Technical expertise in Server Maintenance (2012 to 2016), Backups (Veeam) and Network Infrastructure is a must have
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office, SharePoint, AD, Exchange).
• Confident, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites.
