Job summary

Moneyfacts Group plc is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join our IT team in Norwich. You will manage and support the technical infrastructure, including networks, servers, desktops, telephony and office equipment, ensuring availability and security.

The successful candidate will provide infrastructure services, enable innovation and work with 3rd party software, with a focus on meeting service levels and supporting internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Significant experience in infrastructure support (servers, networks, desktops).
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
Formal certification in a relevant area.
Experience with ISO/IEC 27001.

Responsibilities

Manage and support IT infrastructure including networks, servers, desktops and telephony.
Ensure system availability and security compliance.
Provide support to internal and external customers meeting SLAs.
Perform out-of-hours maintenance as required.
