Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Citrix Engineer to join an on-site support team in Farnborough, Erskine or Preston. You will act as the technical authority for Citrix infrastructure, providing expert-level support and complex troubleshooting across secure enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include 3rd Line support for Citrix incidents, serving as SME for Citrix components, leading investigations and maintaining Citrix policies to optimise

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Third Line / Senior Infrastructure Support role.
• Hands-on Citrix experience across VAD/Desktops, Cloud and WEM.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD and policy management.
• Experience with ITIL and enterprise support models.
• Active SC Clearance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd Line support for complex Citrix incidents and problems.
• Act as SME for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC and WEM.
• Lead technical investigations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and end-user experience.
• Support patching, upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvements.
• Work with architecture, engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and resolve defects and recurring issues.
• Maintain strong customer service within ITIL processes.
