Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking a 3rd Line Citrix Engineer for a contract role in the UK. You will provide senior infrastructure support for Citrix environments, act as SME for XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC and WEM, and drive investigations to resolve complex incidents.

The role requires active SC clearance, a Sole British national, and an Inside IR35 engagement with a daily rate of 290–310 GBP.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Third Line / Senior Infrastructure Support role.
Hands-on with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC and Citrix WEM.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD and Group Policy.
Experience with FSLogix and virtualisation environments (VMware/Hyper-V/XenServer).
Experience in ITIL and enterprise support models.

Responsibilities

Provide 3rd Line support for complex Citrix incidents and problems.
Act as SME for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC and WEM.
Lead technical investigations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and end-user experience.
Support patching, upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvements.
Work with architecture, engineering and cross-functional teams.
Identify and resolve defects and recurring issues.
Maintain customer service in line with ITIL and service management processes.
