Razorblue is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our growing team. You will provide remote technical support for complex issues, conduct onsite troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers to share knowledge and improve service quality.

With a strong focus on customer service, you will help ensure SLAs are met while representing Razorblue positively in client environments. A full UK driving license and excellent English are essential.

Competenze

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in corporate or MSP technology environments.
• Proficiency with AD, Exchange and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AD Sync/Connect.
• Good understanding of networks (ping/trace route).

Mansioni

• Provide remote support for complex issues beyond 1st line.
• Conduct onsite troubleshooting at client facilities as needed.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers.
• Serve as point of contact in Team Leader's absence.
