💼 Paid to Scale - Up to £287 per day

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a well‑organised and high‑achieving 4‑form entry primary school in Redbridge to recruit an experienced SENDCo for a maternity cover position. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, knowledgeable, and ready to step in and lead with impact from day one.

The school benefits from on‑site parking, though it is also exceptionally well‑connected by public transport.

The Opportunity

This is a full‑time SENDCo position, with one day per week of teaching, offering a great balance between leadership and classroom engagement. You will take the lead on SEND across a large, structured school known for its excellent systems and supportive leadership team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and managing SEND provision across the school
• Taking responsibility for organising and completing annual reviews
• Supporting teachers and support staff through coaching, guidance, and modelling inclusive practice
• Working closely with the leadership team to uphold the school's high standards
• Ensuring all SEND procedures align with current legislation and best practice
