Job summary

Kids Planet Duston is seeking a SENDCO Lead to lead inclusion and support for children with SEND, helping their learning thrive.

You will work with families, staff and external agencies to design tailored plans and promote safeguarding, EYFS standards and multi-agency collaboration.

The role offers an empowered team, ongoing training via KP Academy, enhanced leave and a supportive culture; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification and experience of working at a senior level.
• Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
• Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies.
• Ability to demonstrate multi agency working and experience of leading staff meetings
