A SENDCO is needed in an All Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This SENDCO position will be full time and permanent.

Duties and responsibilities

• Managing the overall operations of the SEND department
• Working alongside SLT to refine the direction of SEND in the school
• Developing and implementing IEPs, EHCPs and Action Plans for pupils
• Ensuring the school is meeting the statutory requirements for SEND provisions and support
• Liaising with Support Staff regularly to effectively guide them in their day to day support of pupils

The starting salary for this SENDCO role will be 47,470, with higher salaries potentially being offered for those with the relevant levels of experience.
