Job summary

Walsall College is seeking a SEND Transitions Co-ordinator to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities as they move into college. You will engage with schools, families and staff to plan and coordinate transition activities, ensuring each student receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.

We're looking for a dedicated and highly organised SEND Transitions Co-ordinator to join our team and play a vital role in helping students successfully transition into college. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with schools, families, support services and curriculum teams to ensure every student receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.

You will be at the heart of creating a positive and inclusive student experience, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and coordinating transition activities that help students feel confident, supported and ready for their next step.
