Job summary

Abingdon and Witney College in Witney is seeking a proactive Transition Coordinator to support learners with EHCPs as they move into, through, and beyond the College. You will work as a key link between schools, families, Local Authorities, and the SEND team to ensure each learner receives guidance, support, and opportunities to succeed.

The role requires experience with SEND, knowledge of legislation, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Salary: £28,598 - £30,384 per annum (Pro rata salary: £17,390 - £18,476)

Hours per week: 22.5

Working pattern: Tuesday to Thursday 7.5 hours

Weeks per Annum: 52 weeks per annum

Location: Witney (Also covering at the Common Leys Campus)
