Walsall College is seeking a Deputy SEND Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality Additional Learning Support for learners with SEND. You will coordinate Inclusive Support Services, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement to help learners thrive and achieve their goals.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with the SEND Manager, and a commitment to inclusive practice across the college.

Are you passionate about creating life-changing opportunities for learners with SEND? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy SEND Manager to play a key leadership role within our Inclusive Support Service.

Working closely with the SEND Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality Additional Learning Support, ensuring learners receive the support they need to thrive, progress, and achieve their goals. You will manage Inclusive Support Services, coordinate resources effectively, promote inclusive practice across the college, and drive continuous improvement to enhance learner outcomes.
