Job summary

Walsall College is seeking an experienced administrator to join the distance learning team, delivering flexible, proactive administrative support to tutors, customers and students.

The role requires recent experience in a similar position, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering excellence; a Level 2 in English, Maths and Business Admin or equivalent is expected. We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our small but busy distance learning team.

Provide outstanding, flexible and pro-active administrative support, you will support tutors, customers and students in the delivery of Distance Learning Qualifications.

As this is a customer focused role, we are looking for someone with recent experience of a similar role, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to deliver excellence at all times.

The successful candidate should hold at least a level 2 in English, Maths and Business Administration or equivalent.
