Qualifications

• Experience supporting students in a secondary school setting.
• Able to work with students with SEND and adapt approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers to help students progress in subjects.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Act as a positive role model and build relationships with students and staff.
• Identify training needs and participate in internal/external training.
• Maintain records and help evaluate students’ progress.
• Promote inclusive practice and equality of opportunity.
